Empire Custom Carts & Birdie Golf Cart Rentals Official Contest Rules
1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of The Empire Group are not eligible.
2. Contest Period: Runs from August 30th to October 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
3. How to Enter: Automatic entry with the purchase of any golf cart or winter storage. No purchase necessary: Send a handwritten 50-word explanation of why you’d love a golf cart to Empire Custom Carts, 970 Empire Road, Sherkston, ON, L0S 1R0, postmarked by October 15, 2025.
4. Prizes: One (1) trip to Las Vegas (paid) or one (1) Mac 5 Lithium Battery (total prize value up to $2,000). Odds depend on number of entries received.
5. Winner Selection: Random draw conducted on December 15th, 2025. The selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question without aid to be declared a winner.
6. Notification: Winner will be contacted by phone or email within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, a new winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions: Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. The Empire Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their name and/or photo being used for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of contest administration.
